Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the package tracking information so you can track its location at all times.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order. To request an exchange or return, please email us with the order number and reason for the request. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition to be eligible for exchange or return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return or new shipment in case of an exchange. Once the returned product is received and its condition is verified, we will issue a refund or send the new product within 3-5 business days.
